Design is in Liz’s genes—inspired by her grandfather, an architect, and her mother, a ceramics artist. After working as a graphic designer, she earned her Master of Architecture from Louisiana State University and joined Tipton Associates in 2019. As an architect in Tipton’s dedicated Dining Studio, Liz brings specialized expertise in creating dynamic, community-centered higher education dining and student life environments that support community engagement and operational excellence.

Beyond her project work, Liz serves as Co-Chair of Tipton’s Community Outreach Committee, leveraging her architectural background to support local non-profits through pro bono planning and environmental design. She serves as President of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity Greater Baton Rouge—an organization she has volunteered with for over 15 years—and is a trained advocate with Capital Area CASA. Liz is also an active member of Preserve Louisiana and the Preservation Resource Center of New Orleans.
