While at LSU he served as a designer and researcher for the Coastal Sustainability Studio, a cross-disciplinary team focused on responding to critical issues affecting coastal regions and has returned to teaching design studios in the School of Architecture and School of Interior Design.
Chris leads collaborative planning and programming workshops with clients and specializes in guiding design teams through the materialization of design concepts. He values a design process that embraces the multi-authorship shared between design, construction, and a discerning client. Chris’s interest is in the specificity of built work. He believes in architecture’s capacity to facilitate positive change through projects that contribute back to the public sphere and our communities.
