A new fall semester means move-in days, anxious parents, bustling campuses, and for many universities across the country—great new dining options. We’re proud to show off a number of summer updates we’ve helped university food service providers to make. Strong dining programs advance the university mission and enhance the overall student experience. And summer is the perfect time to make needed transformations!
- Mississippi State University: The Bulldogs are enjoying a new Bento Sushi and Subway as well as a True Balance station, free of the top 9 allergens, inside the Fresh Food Company. Read more about the updates coming to MSU, including our larger renovation of historic Perry Hall, here.
- University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee campus: As the USF brings its first residence hall to the Sarasota-Manatee campus, we were proud to design the first residential dining facility inside the student center to complement that experience.
- University of Virginia: Many of our projects are coming to fruition at University of Virginia, with foodservice/dining work at the new Football Operations Center (ZGF), Brandon Avenue Housing (Clark Nexsen), Shannon Library (HBRA), and Contemplative Commons (VMDO).
- Gardner Webb University: Gardner-Webb cuts the ribbon today on the expansion of The Caf. “The Caf renovation and expansion project is a massive upgrade and a big win for our students and for the entire campus community,” said Gardner-Webb President Dr. William M. Downs. “It’s all new, bright, fresh, and inviting … a gathering place where we will break bread together and where we will make memories together. Everything is now ready for Aramark to elevate our dining experience, and I’m eager for the start of a new school year so that we may begin enjoying this special showcase of university life at GW.” Read about the updates here.
- College of Charleston: Improvements to CofC dining include renovations to the residential dining hall and the Addlestone Library coffee shop.
