New residential dining facility in new student housing development

University of Tennessee Knoxville’s new residential housing development gives today’s students what they crave: healthy, interesting food. In addition to a grocery location and coffee house, the dining hall features a Fresh Food Company, UT Knoxville’s first made-to-order concept, where students have their pick of vegetarian and allergy-free fare, among other options. Designed in the collegiate gothic style, per the university’s request, the simplified finish palette ensures the focus is on the student’s experience. Varied seating options (the hall seats up to 750) offer both quiet and social configurations, while customized furniture showcases school pride. Go Vols!
