Student Housing, LA Tech University

At Louisiana Tech, housing is an opportunity to attract new students and develop those in residence. For three student housing commons complexes, the university added multiple new buildings to accommodate approximately 800 students. Residential suite housing allows for the individual feel of apartments while providing the community environment of traditional dormitories, while the apartments incorporate a traditional apartment style housing designed to reflect other efficiency apartments located on campus. Students are integrated in a broad range of campus activities and cultures, and the high quality of the residences encourages students to continue engaging with campus life as they move through college.
