Stephenson Pet Clinic, Louisiana State University

The LSU School of Veterinary Medicine (SVM) has a responsibility to the state of Louisiana: to be at the forefront of training, research, and service in the field of veterinary medicine. As part of the university’s mission and strategic planning, the new Stephenson Pet Clinic adds 39,000 square feet of clinical and teaching space to the SVM as it serves the needs of Louisiana’s livestock and equine industries and offers care to millions of companion, exotic and zoo animals. The new space, which includes a 6,000 sf green roof terrace, will accommodate increased student enrollment, the program’s growth, and enhancement of the existing facility.
