On Friday, July 27, 2018 Tipton Associates’ project “The Hub” at University of North Carolina Wilmington received a Rose Award from the Baton Rouge chapter of the American Institute of Architects. The multifunctional living and dining space on UNCW campus was competing with 24 other submissions.
The Rose Award is given for built projects with exemplary distinction from the submissions as determined by a national jury of accomplished architects.
Additionally, during the ceremony Kyle Daroca received a plaque from Mayor-President Broome acknowledging his licensure.
Congratulations to Josh Peak, Bryon Hume, Fabie Derbigny, Kenneth Tipton, Jr., and the entire design team and to UNCW for this honor!
