The Hub isn’t just for eating—it’s a space to be social as well. University of South Florida’s newest dining location contains seating for more than 400; its multiple dining concepts include a Mongolian Grill, an allergy-aware kitchen, and fresh sushi. Modern and customized designs showcase the university’s branding and include several collaborative study spaces for the newly developed student residential community. The Hub is designed to breathe, quickly changing size as student demand and operations dictate to assure continuous, high-quality service. This flexible functionality proved invaluable as The Hub supported campus operations during Hurricane Irma which ravaged the Tampa Bay area within days of The Hub’s August 2017 opening.
