New Main Library at Goodwood, East Baton Rouge Parish

Joint Venture as "The Library Design Collaborative"

LEED Silver Certified Library in the Park

The Library Design Collaborative is a joint venture team working with the East Baton Rouge Parish Library and BREC to develop the parish’s new main library in Independence Park. The Library in the Park is a collaborative effort between Tipton Associates Exterior Architect of Record, Dewberry Interior Architect of Record, and CJA.

- Embracing its location and inviting patrons to participate in their surroundings, the ultimate product is a true success story – the concept of “library in the park” translated into a reality not only connects the library visually and physically with its environs but engages the public in an exciting new way.
