D-Hall, James Madison University

Winner of the 2019 IIDA Delta Regional Award of Excellence. This dining facility houses residential dining, several national brands, and administrative spaces, all while thoughtfully integrating the JMU identity throughout. On the first floor, students can enjoy Market 64, featuring several Aramark-branded food service platforms, as well as four national brands, two of which can be accessed from the building’s exterior. The second floor features residential dining while the third floor is home to event spaces. All three levels contain back-of-house support, and seating for diners prizes natural light and iconic views of the campus.
