Janice began doing sprint triathlons at age 50. She is a breast cancer survivor and now an avid long-distance walker who participates in all Baton Rouge’s major events with her 9-year-old mini Aussie at her side. Janice volunteers for children’s triathlon events to help teach the sport at early ages. She cherishes building and maintaining relationships with people that cross her path in life, and at Tipton she values getting to know more about her coworkers and learning ways she can support their careers. Janice has owned her own women’s fashion business since 2016. Self-help books, new computer technology and programs like Canva, and photography techniques captivate her free time.
