The East Baton Rouge Parish Library is now open to the public and library patrons are invited to check out books, enjoy free wi-fi and audio visual equipment. A grand opening will be held in the spring once the plaza, parking areas, and BREC Cyber Cafe and Teaching Garden are complete.
