Legacy by Lights – Midcity Redevelopment Alliance (MCRA) event was held Thursday November 1, 2018 at Baton Rouge General Mid-City. The Alliance presented the Reverend Mary E. Moody Medal of Lifetime Achievement to Reverend Dr. Mary Whitley Moss 2018 Honoree. The Community of Caring Award, named for MCRA’s Legacy Sponsor, Baton Rouge General, was presented to Kenneth Tipton Jr. on behalf of Tipton Associates 2018 Honoree.
