Tipton Associates partnered with Middle Tennessee State University to reimagine two dining facilities. Precipitated by our study centered on dining demand and capacity, Tipton designed renovations to bring residential dining to a more prominent, active location.
The renovation of the former residential dining facility on the ground floor of Corlew Hall creates an accessible, vibrant place to gather at all hours. Venues in the bright new retail food court, The Middle at Corlew, include popular national brands, a convenience store with grab-and-go options. A variety of seating supports studying, socializing, supper, or all the above.
