SonJa joined Tipton in 2016, formally establishing a Human Resources department in our growing company. She brought extensive experience in creating and maintaining effective HR functions from her eighteen years as a Human Resource Director.

Her responsibilities include managing all Human Resource activities throughout Tipton. Passionate about people, SonJa has also taken over the role of office management administrator, where no task is too large or too small if it helps the team.

SonJa enjoys scrapbooking and working with mixed media, particularly as a way to share with family and friends. She values quality time spent with family, participating at church, and volunteering.
