Our three-story dining hall at James Madison University, built in partnership with Moseley Architects, has just been awarded LEED Silver Certification for its energy-efficient design. A winner of the 2019 IIDA Delta Regional Award of Excellence as well, this dining facility houses residential dining, several national brands, and administrative spaces, all while thoughtfully integrating the JMU identity throughout. Building materials were recycled and regionally sourced and almost all waste was diverted from the landfill. Read more about the facility’s sustainable touches here.
