The newest dining location on campus opening August 2017

USF opened the newest dining location on campus in August 2017. With seating for more than 400, “The Hub” hosts multiple dining concepts including a Mongolian Grill, an Allergen Zone Kitchen and fresh sushi. Modern and customized designs showcase the university’s branding and include several collaborative study spaces for the student residential community. In concert with the adjacent recreational facility, “The Hub” functions as the social gathering space for members of the newly developed USF residential community. “The Hub” is designed to “breathe”, quickly changing size as student demand and operations dictate to assure continuous high quality variety and service. This functionality proved invaluable as “The HUB” supported campus operations during hurricane Irma which ravaged the Tampa Bay area within days of the inaugural opening of the facility in August of 2017.
