New 108,000 Sf Dining Facility

This dining facility houses residential dining, national brands and administrative spaces. The first floor has multiple Aramark branded food service platforms called Market 64 with back of house support. Additionally four national brands are housed on this floor, two of which have walk-up access from the exterior. The second floor is comprised of residential dining platforms with a central back of house support core area for the foodservice platforms. The third floor has a premier function space with an associated pre-function area. This function and pre-function space has a supporting third floor back of house warming kitchen.
