Tipton Associates was retained by an outside consultant private development company to design a master plan for a 33 acre tract of land located in Livingston Parish in South Louisiana. The intent of this planning was to create a multi-use development to contain businesses, restaurants, medical offices and a number of other retail facilities to assist in the growth and development of this area. The first set of buildings have been put into operation with completion of entire development expected in 2015.
