Tipton Associates renovated Diamondback Cafe at St. Mary’s University from an outdated retail food court to a new interactive demonstration kitchen and dining area. The open-style kitchen concepts encourage interaction between the chefs and students. The success of this project has spurred further renovations in the student union in which it is located.
