Human Resources Director & Office Administrator
SonJa joined Tipton in 2016 to establish a formal Human Resources department in our growing company. She brought extensive experience in creating and maintaining effective HR functions from her 18 years as a Human Resource Director. Her responsibilities include managing all Human Resource activities throughout Tipton. Passionate about people, SonJa has also taken over the role of office management administrator, eager to take on any task large or small to help the team.
SonJa enjoys scrapbooking and working with mixed media, particularly as a way to share with family and friends. She values quality time spent with family, participating at church, and volunteering.
