Beginning as a student intern in 2006, Josh joined the Tipton team full time upon receiving his bachelor’s in architecture in 2008. He brings fresh perspective and advanced technical skills to the team, and is always striving to learn new aspects of his profession.

Josh worked on Baton Rouge’s new Main Library from 2007 to 2014, seeing this complex public project through each phase of design and construction. Like many of our designers, Josh enjoys working with clients for simple solutions to multi-faceted problems, and endeavoring to create spaces satisfying now and into the future.

Josh is a skilled photographer in various arenas, and does architectural photography for the firm as well. He is learning gymnastics, and spends his free time outdoors gardening or hiking and camping with his retriever.
