Dan Zito, a Tipton Associates partner, brings extensive project architect and management experience to the firm with 39 years of practice. Relocating to Baton Rouge after 25 years in New York, his building type experience includes health and education facilities for special populations, senior living, medical offices, schools, and religious facilities.

He returned to South Louisiana in 2005 and became a member of the Tipton Associates team. As Senior Studio Leader, Dan oversees office operations, and project management.

Dan is passionate about education. He and his wife, together with the local community, have founded an elementary school for academic, spiritual, and character development for children living in a socio-economically depleted area of our city.
