39,000 sf student dining facility designed to showcase 5 distinct culinary and architectural experiences

In this new dining facility, our design for the ground floor accommodates seating for 580 with 5 individual restaurants all developed around unique “kitchenless” service platforms. The area also includes food service support spaces, while the second floor holds a support kitchen for meal production, staging, and serving to support executive dining, university board room, and executive committee spaces.
